IS THERE EVER A MINIMUM ORDER OR CHARGE?

Never. Whether you have one or one hundred garments, our courteous route manager will make scheduled stops at your office building according to your route schedule.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ROUTE DAYS?

Simple. You'll receive that information with your initial order confirmation. Forgot it? Just drop us an e-mail or give us a call. We'll let you know immediately.

HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?

We're a Denver company. We live and work right here in the Mile High City with customer service professionals available by phone or online to assist you from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. We are 100% local and 100% accountable.

WHY DOES IT MATTER THAT PUREGREEN OPERATES IT OWN PLANT?

Your clothes never leave our care. Almost all other concierge cleaners outsource their work to other plants. This means that not only do your clothes get shipped off to a company that you haven't contracted with, your cleaners can never be truly accountable for their work. If they aren't cleaning your clothes, they can't guarantee their quality. Period.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ECO-FRIENDLY AND REGULAR DRY CLEANING

So to answer the age old question, no. Dry cleaning isn't really dry. The process uses special equipment and chemicals instead of water. Your average dry cleaners uses a chemical called perchloroethylene or 'perc' for short. It is classified by the EPA as a known carcinogen and must be treated as hazardous waste once used. It can be toxic to both people and the environment, and is easily identified by its strong chemical odor that lingers on your clothes. We are a perc free cleaners and use a biodegradable organic cleaning solution that requires no EPA oversight.
